Recommends that the EU, and particularly the EEAS, promote the universality of the Rome Statute and the fight against impunity, as well as respect for, cooperation with and assistance of the Court, including within the framework of the Cotonou Agreement and of dialogues between the EU and regional organisations, particularly the AU, the Arab League, the OSCE, and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN);
