(3a) Traceability measures for semen, eggs and embryos from cloned animals and for the live offspring of cloned animals should be established as proposed by the European Parliament on 29 March 2011 at the conciliation meeting on novel foods and in its resolution on 'cloning of animals' adopted by its Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety on 20 February 2014.
