Recalls that the precautionary principle is a general EU principle laid down in Article 191 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, that this principle aims to ensure a high level of protection for the environment through preventive decision-making in the event of any risk, and reiterates that it is clearly not being applied in the general context of risk analysis of pesticides;
