Points out, with regard to the International Criminal Court, that the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia has signed a bilateral immunity agreement with the United States which is in line neither with the joint position nor the relevant guidelines of the EU; therefore urges the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to take the necessary steps to deal with this matter;
