Where the holder of the registration certificate moves his normal residence to another Member State, he shall request registration of a vehicle registered in another Member State within a period of sixnine months following his arrival.

Where a vehicle registered in anotherone Member State is re-registered in a different Member State, the relevant vehicle registration authority shall immediately report this to the vehicle registration authority of the Member State where the vehicle was last registered, in accordance with Article 7.
