Calls for a comprehensive set of EU-wide gender guidelines to be adopted to migration and asylum policy with adequate funding for comprehensive training programmes for professionals who may come into contact with refugees and asylum seekers; emphasises that these are sensitive to the gender specific needs of refugee women and concomitant gendered harms such as the trafficking of women and girls;
