Stresses the urgent need to develop the full range of digital skills that individuals and companies will require in an increasingly digital economy; underlines the need to strengthen connections between education and employment and to develop digital training content and infrastructure accessible to all; recalls the need to encourage young people to pursue ICT studies; emphasises that recommendations for a minimum level of digital competencies that students should acquire during their studies should be drawn up.
