Is concerned about the low level of appropriations for communication and the significant cutreductions made by the Commission, especially as regards training seminars for journalists; urges to increase appropriations and calls for better coordination of the Commission's communication and information activities as well as more visibility of the EU in Member Statin order to improve the coordination of the Europe Direct Information Centres and to facilitate the opening of new European Public Spaces.;
