(s) ‘certification scheme’ means a third-party verification scheme that is open under transparent, fair and non- discriminatory terms to all traders willing and able to comply with the scheme’s requirements,scientifically based, verifiable, transparent and carried out by an independent party which certifies that a product complies with certain requirements, and for which the monitoring of compliance is objective, based on international, Union or national standards and procedures and carried out by a party independent from both the scheme owner and the trader;, or is evaluated by a well-established and reputable Non- Governmental Organisation.

(3a) the following point 13a is inserted: 13a. Any marketing of a good as being identical or seemingly identical to the other good marketed in one or various Member State, while those goods have different composition or characteristics which have not been clearly marked on the packaging, so as to be visible to the consumer.
