Underlines the fact that the success of the DCFTA is subject to the thorough and effective implementation by both parties of the commitments set out in the agreement; calls, in this respect, for the EU to provide Moldova with all necessary financial and technical assistance, also with a view to alleviating short-term costs for Moldova;
