Expresses its concernNotes that, as things stand, the global plant-breeding market is dominated by just a few large multinational undertakings which invest only in a limited number of varieties, with the aim of promoting the use of their own chemicals, while in Europe seed and PRM companies remain highly diversified, according to their size, crops portfolio, geographical area covered and activities carried out;
