Welcomes - as a single, direct and multilingual access point and gateway to European cultural heritage - the opening and development of Europeana, the European digital library, museum and archive for high-quality content named Europeana, as a single, direct and multilingual access point and gateway to European cultural heritageand culturally relevant content which will be determined by an independent body of experts drawn from different spheres of society;
