(18) With regard to representatives of the private sector, the Office should involve, when assembling the Observatory in the context of its activities, a representative selection of the economic and cultural sectors most concerned by and most experienced in the fight against infringements of intellectual property rights, in particular representatives of right holders and, Internet service provideintermediaries and stakeholders from the cultural and creative sectors. Also, a proper representation of consumers and of small and medium sized enterprises should be ensured.
