Calls on the administration to make full and efficient use of the updated language profiles of Members when making language arrangements not only for committees, delegations and political groups in the places of work but also outside the places of work; insists that all Members’ language profiles should be updated every year; points out, in addition, that a copy of the updated profiles should be forwarded to the secretariats of the committees, delegations, political groups and working groups;
