Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the specific actions to assist and support victims, in the short and long term, in their physical and psycho-social recovery, are undertaken following an individual assessment of the special circumstances of each particular child victim, takingand shall to that end devise individual rehabilitation programmes that take due account of the child’s views, needs and concerns.
