Calls on the Commission to undertake a thorough assessment of the impact which digitalisation will have on the number and types of jobs available and to gather information on new forms of employment, such as crowdsourcing and crowdworking, and to appreciate the new employment possibilities and economic activities which are appearing in the place of rationalised jobs and those where human workers have been replaced and which do not result in increased unemployment;
