Recalls that the EJC allows economic freedom and competition rules, following articles 45, 49, 56, 101 and 102 of the TFEU, to prevail over social and labor rights settled in soft laws and in articles 12, 21, 28, 31 and 34 of the CFREU; calls therefore for these rights to have primacy and, conflict between them solved, by adding the principal that economic freedom and competition rules can be limited when necessary in order to protect social and labor rights;
