Calls for sustained efforts to comprehensively normalise relations between Serbia and Kosovo; considers that a full normalisation of relations with Serbia, under a legally binding agreement and its implementing arrangements, will not be possible without a comprehensive application of the existing agreements, including regarding the establishment of the Association of Serb municipalities;
