5 a. Condemns that, upon the request of the European Commission, the EASO has started to perform tasks that are in breach of EASO current regulation. Points out in this regard the overstepping of its mandate when it comes to tasks being performed in its operational activities in Greece, regarding the inadmissibility of applications, and information as to whether certain countries could be considered as safe third countries.
