Believes that carbon-capture projects related to biomass (agriculture and forestry) should be financed by means of environmental funds managed by international organisations such as the UNFCCC, and not by the conventional carbon market, where purely commercial interests prevail, given the risk of not being able to guarantee protection of local forests and of good agricultural practice, which could genuinely secure food sovereignty for local communities;
