Regrets the delay in the transposition of Directive 2013/40/EU of 12 August 2013 on attacks against information systems and replacing Council Framework Decision 2005/222/JHA, aimed at fighting against illegal access to information systems, illegal interference with systems or data, and illegal interception of data transmissions, also aimed at improving operational cooperation between Member States' national law enforcement services and relevant EU agencies (Eurojust, Europol, EC3 and ENISA); the deadline for its transposition was set on 4 September 2015, but to date, only 10 out of the 28 MS have confirmed they have fully transposed the Directive into their national legislation and two countries have reported partial transposition of the directive;
