Believes that innovation policy needs to be related to policies for education, training and the labour market; advocates efforts to mobilise citizens and workers in support of processes of change, via the framing and implementation of inclusive political strategies for innovation, with a view to speeding up the development of innovative products and services and paving the way for higher employment and growth;
