Calls on the Member States to establish as a criminal offence the use of trafficked services and exploitation; in accordance with Article 2(3) the term exploitation covers, as a minimum, sexualthe exploitation orf the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services (including begging, slavery and exploitation of criminal activities) and the removal of organs;
