PURPOSE : to codify Council Regulation 2730/75/EEC on glucose and lactose.

LEGISLATIVE ACT : Council Regulation 1667/2006/EC on glucose and lactose

CONTENT : The Council adopted this regulation on glucose and lactose, which codifies and repeals Regulation 2730/75/EEC on glucose and lactose, substituting the various acts incorporated in it by bringing them together with only such amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.

Details

PURPOSE: to codify Council Regulation 2730/75/EC on glucose and lactose.
