Takes note of the adjusted structure of the second edition of the Single Market integration report; welcomes the fact that the Commission has thereby also responded to requests from the Parliament made in its resolution of 7 February 2013; notes that a number of measures outlined in this resolution have already proven to lead to an improved implementation and enforcement of EU law, including the more stringent use of the EU Pilot;
