The European Parliament adopted a decision concerning voting in the context of procedures concerning the immunity of Members (interpretation of Rules 166, 167(1) and 195(3)). Parliament decided to append the following interpretation to Rules 166, 167(1) and 195(3): “Rule 166, Rule 167(1) and Rule 195(3) on voting by roll call do not apply to the reports provided for in Rule 6b(2) and Rule 7(3), (6) and (8) in the context of procedures relating to the immunity of a Member.”
