Notes with concern that, with regard to the College’s expanded responsibilities and increased mandate, the current resource levels are insufficient; is concernednotes that, based on the College’s five-year evaluation which was finalised in 2016, there is a clear need for a significant reinforcement of the College with both human and financial resources; calls oninvites the Commission to take this into account in its budget proposals for the College; calls oninvites the budgetary authority to examine the possibility of provideing additional human and financial resources to the College in orderso as not to hinder its ability to perform its tasks;
