(d) ‘computerised reservation system’ means a computerised system containing information about, inter alia, schedules, availability, fares, and related services, of more than one air carrier, unless the air carrier or air carriers in question are all effectively controlled by the same parent company, with or without facilities through which reservations may be made, or tickets may be issued, to the extent that some or all of these services are made available to subscribers;
