Welcomes the adoption by the Authority`s Board of Supervisors of its Policy on Independence and Decision Making Processes for avoiding Conflicts of Interests; calls on the European Court of Auditors to specifically scrutinize in its future audits of the Authority (i) if senior staff members have taken up certain positions in the financial industry after their term in office, (ii) the timely manner in which access to confidential information for staff members is withdrawn, once it became known that they are moving to another job;
